I really feel Charlotte went above and beyond with her customer service and I know that I will be purchasing my daughters school uniform from her every year going forward (so long as she decides to continue trading). I ordered later in the summer due to newly moving to the area which meant the guarantee of being made in time had passed. I gave Charlotte my daughter’s start date and she ensured the order would be done on time. Later down the line I had a panic and was unsure whether I had ordered the right size and doubted my decision, a quick email to Charlotte and she responded promptly and was more than happy to help, we discussed the sizing and I was invited to bring my daughter to the shop for a final fitting before the order was fulfilled, I got stuck on holiday on the agreed date and 2 days later contacted to apologise, Charlotte came in to the store after her ‘normal’ job to complete the order the day before my daughters first day. I presented some challenging instances to Charlotte and I’m incredibly grateful for her professionalism and how much she was willing to help when she could most definitely have told me ‘no’. This was my daughters first year in school and it was made much less stressful thanks to Y Stryd. Thank you so much. I look forward to purchasing more in the future, not only the uniform but the lovely pieces on display in store too. Diolch yn fawr.
